I'd like to change my template for postings, so that each day I can put scores at the bottom for the targets i keep failing to meet. Then I could

  1. be even more annoyed with myself for living my life incorrectly
  2. know why i feel such a wreck all the time
Maybe I should leave things as they are
5 fruit & veg today? - no, an apple and a tomato
Exercise today? - none
Hours of sleep I'm going to get tonight? - 6
