I'd like to change my template for postings, so that each day I can put scores at the bottom for the targets i keep failing to meet. Then I could
- be even more annoyed with myself for living my life incorrectly
- know why i feel such a wreck all the time

Exercise today? - none
Hours of sleep I'm going to get tonight? - 6
