I hate computers

Have you ever had a USB device, like a flash drive or an external hub refuse to install? You can try to reinstall the drivers again and again but you just get an error message saying it couldn't install because "function driver not specified"? Well that used to happen to me on a PC with Windows 2000 and SP4 installed. But when I installed the Windows 2000 Update Rollup 1 for Service Pack 4 my troubles were over. I googled about this error prior to my breakthrough but didn't find this helpful hint on the web anywhere. It is on now.

Back to work plan

I've had a week off, but i'm about ready to return to work. I've had a shave and i'm in place for an early night. This week has been relaxing but not very productive. I've had a dabble with vmware, I've caught up with some friends and I've caught up on my sleep. Going to work does impose a structure on one's life and that isn't always a bad thing.
